Essa determina\u00e7\u00e3o foi imposta pelo Governo Federal e se tornou obrigat\u00f3ria em raz\u00e3o do Marco do Saneamento B\u00e1sico, instaurado atrav\u00e9s da Lei Federal n\u00ba 14.026, de 15 de julho de 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A lei j\u00e1 est\u00e1 em vigor desde a data acima descrita, por\u00e9m, no munic\u00edpio de Cajamar o valor ainda n\u00e3o era cobrado dos contribuintes. No entanto, a partir desde ano (2022), a taxa do lixo passou a ser OBRIGAT\u00d3RIA para todos os munic\u00edpios brasileiros que ainda n\u00e3o a cobram.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O objetivo dessa taxa \u00e9 custear os servi\u00e7os de coleta, transporte, tratamento e destina\u00e7\u00e3o final de res\u00edduos s\u00f3lidos.
