Ela promove dignidade para as fam\u00edlias que tanto aguardavam este momento, al\u00e9m de garantir seguran\u00e7a jur\u00eddica para os propriet\u00e1rios&#8221;, ressalta o secret\u00e1rio Leandro Arantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde 2019, a administra\u00e7\u00e3o municipal est\u00e1 realizando um trabalho intenso para documentar as resid\u00eancias dos bairros que ainda n\u00e3o possuem regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o em Cajamar, fazendo a entrega dos t\u00edtulos de propriedade. At\u00e9 o momento, o Programa Casa Legal alcan\u00e7ou a marca de 4.717 escrituras entregues em Cajamar, se tornando o maior programa de regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o fundi\u00e1ria de toda a regi\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dentre os bairros j\u00e1 atendidos deste o in\u00edcio do programa, est\u00e3o o Jd. Primavera, Cimiga I, Vila Nova, Vila Progresso, Pq. Residencial Cajamar, Olaria, Vila Mariotti, Pq. S\u00e3o Roberto II, Jd. Maria Luiza, Vila das Am\u00e9ricas e DER Jordan\u00e9sia. O cronograma segue em andamento para atender outros bairros at\u00e9 2024, dentre os bairros programados est\u00e3o a Vila Uni\u00e3o, S\u00e3o Benedito, Pq. Panorama I e II, Vila Vit\u00f3ria, DER Gato Preto (incluindo as Ruas Bocaina e Boa Vista), Vila Abr\u00e3o, Santa Terezinha, Jd. Mariana, Jd. Santa Clara, Village Dan\u00fabio e Jd. Adelaide, totalizando 5.533 novas fam\u00edlias beneficiadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex
