O primeiro workshop ser\u00e1 no dia 07 de mar\u00e7o, \u00e0s 10h, na C\u00e2mara Municipal de Cajamar. O segundo encontro ser\u00e1 no dia 09 de mar\u00e7o, \u00e0s 15h, na Casa de Acolhimento da Mulher de Cajamar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O Workshop de Autodefesa Para Mulheres, tem como objetivo ensinar a teoria da defesa pessoal, t\u00e9cnicas eficazes e de simples aprendizado para situa\u00e7\u00f5es t\u00edpicas de agress\u00e3o e abuso de mulheres, trabalhando o comportamento das participantes em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a esse tipo de situa\u00e7\u00e3o, que pode ser no m\u00ednimo inc\u00f4moda e talvez traum\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O encontro \u00e9 recomendado para maiores de 18 anos.
