Um dia inteiro de acolhimento e bem-estar f\u00edsico e mental que tem como intuito elevar a autoestima das mulheres cajamarenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para escolher as participantes, a equipe do Fundo Social disponibilizou um per\u00edodo de inscri\u00e7\u00e3o, onde as mulheres interessadas enviaram um \u00e1udio via WhatsApp contando suas hist\u00f3rias. Dessas, foram selecionadas 27 mulheres que dedicam suas horas para cuidar das pessoas e n\u00e3o t\u00eam tempo para si mesmas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O encontro contou com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de volunt\u00e1rios como cabeleireiros, maquiadoras, manicures e psic\u00f3logas. A iniciativa teve como intuito aumentar a autoestima das participantes, cuidando da apar\u00eancia e fazendo as pazes com o espelho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante o evento, foi realizada uma palestra de autocuidado para as participantes, e a presidente do Fundo Social, Nadja Haddad, mandou um v\u00eddeo transmitindo uma mensagem para enaltece-las e dizer a import\u00e2ncia do papel da mulher em nossa
