A palestra foi conduzida pelas psic\u00f3logas Leila Junqueira e Adriana Satu, que convidaram duas mulheres: Priscila e Paloma, para compartilhar suas hist\u00f3rias de supera\u00e7\u00e3o em relacionamentos abusivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Foram abordados temas como: escolhas, autoconfian\u00e7a e reconhecimento dos pr\u00f3prios valores, entre outras quest\u00f5es. Ao contr\u00e1rio do que muita gente pensa, relacionamentos abusivos est\u00e3o cada vez mais presentes em nossa sociedade. Voc\u00ea pode estar envolvido em um, ou ainda ter amigos e parentes nesta situa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante a conversa, as palestrantes deram dicas e orienta\u00e7\u00f5es de como reconhecer a autoestima, visto que, \u00e9 o primeiro passo para enxergar a situa\u00e7\u00e3o em que est\u00e1 vivendo e procurar uma rede de apoio. Ao final foi realizada uma din\u00e2mica para que as participantes entendam como enaltecer as caracter\u00edsticas e qualidades que est\u00e3o dentro de cada uma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
