Este primeiro encontro contou com palestras ministradas por Diana Karoline, analista de Recursos Humanos da Natura&amp;Co, Laice Mendon\u00e7a, estagi\u00e1ria de Recursos Humanos da Companhia, e pela Profa. Dra. Sandra Mara Tenchena, coordenadora do curso \u201cAprendiz Empreendedor\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esse ciclo de palestra visa apresentar aos jovens do munic\u00edpio os benef\u00edcios do programa Aprendiz Empreendedor, com enfoque na capacita\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica, incluindo as habilidades comportamentais, socioemocionais e empreendedoras, preparando os participantes para os desafios do mundo profissional, qualificando para o mercado de trabalho e auxiliando na obten\u00e7\u00e3o do primeiro emprego.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O Aprendiz Empreendedor \u00e9 voltado aos jovens de 14 a 24 anos que est\u00e3o em busca do primeiro emprego. O projeto tamb\u00e9m tem como proposta incentivar as empresas da cidade na contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de jovens cajamarenses, preparando os jovens para o est\u00e1gio profissional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O ciclo de palestras ter\u00e1 continuidade no dia 27 de junho, \u00e0s 19 horas, na Etec Gino Rezaghi, situada na Av. Aruj\u00e1 n\u00ba 175 &#8211; Colina Maria Luiza. O evento \u00e9 destinado aos jovens do munic\u00edpio e \u00e9 aberto para toda a popula\u00e7\u00e3o que queira participar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images
