A a\u00e7\u00e3o contou com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de pacientes, respons\u00e1veis e profissionais do Centro de Aten\u00e7\u00e3o Psicossocial Infantojuvenil (CAPS IJ).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A caminhada teve como objetivo despertar nas pessoas o cuidado com a sa\u00fade mental. \u201cFizemos essa caminhada para encerrar o m\u00eas de preven\u00e7\u00e3o ao suic\u00eddio. Foi uma caminhada de conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o da import\u00e2ncia de celebrarmos sempre a vida, n\u00e3o s\u00f3 neste m\u00eas, mas no decorrer de todo o ano. \u00c0s vezes tem pessoas ali que est\u00e3o precisando de ajuda e passam despercebidas, e com essas a\u00e7\u00f5es, a gente desperta aquele adolescente, aquela crian\u00e7a que est\u00e1 mudando de comportamento, ou at\u00e9 mesmo adulto\u201d, refor\u00e7ou a gestora de programas da Aten\u00e7\u00e3o Especializada e Sa\u00fade Mental de Cajamar, a psic\u00f3loga Rebeca Lima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os pacientes do CAPS IJ desempenharam um papel fundamental nessa a\u00e7\u00e3o, trazendo consigo cartazes que confeccionaram durante as oficinas terap\u00eauticas oferecidas pelo centro. Esses cartazes n\u00e3o apenas expressaram suas emo\u00e7\u00f5es e pensamentos, mas tamb\u00e9m serviram como mensagens de esperan\u00e7a e apoio \u00e0queles que lutam contra a depress\u00e3o e o suic\u00eddio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ap\u00f3s a emocionante caminhada, todos os participantes se reuniram para um piquenique no local, encerrando assim as atividades do m\u00eas do Setembro
