A Lei de Diretrizes Or\u00e7ament\u00e1rias estabelece quais ser\u00e3o as metas e prioridades do munic\u00edpio para o ano seguinte. A iniciativa prop\u00f5e a participa\u00e7\u00e3o popular com o objetivo de construir uma pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica voltada \u00e0s necessidades da popula\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A audi\u00eancia p\u00fablica \u00e9 realizada em formato digital para possibilitar a participa\u00e7\u00e3o popular na elabora\u00e7\u00e3o dos projetos.
