No ano passado, uma importante etapa foi conclu\u00edda com sucesso: a execu\u00e7\u00e3o do sistema de drenagem, que proporcionou maior seguran\u00e7a e bem-estar para os moradores da regi\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o deste novo acesso, foi constru\u00edda uma nova rua com aproximadamente 300 metros de extens\u00e3o. Al\u00e9m disso, mais de 2 mil metros quadrados de \u00e1rea foram pavimentados, oferecendo melhores condi\u00e7\u00f5es de mobilidade para os residentes e para os ve\u00edculos que transitam pelo local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A obra teve in\u00edcio em 2023 e, dentre os servi\u00e7os executados neste per\u00edodo, inclui a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de guias, sarjetas, preparo da base e a
