2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1280px) 100vw, 1280px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Nesta quarta-feira (04), o <strong>Fundo Social de Solidariedade de Cajamar<\/strong> celebrou a <strong>conclus\u00e3o do Curso de Gar\u00e7om e Gar\u00e7onete Chefs Especiais,<\/strong> uma iniciativa inovadora destinada a capacitar pessoas com <strong>s\u00edndrome de Down <\/strong>para o mercado de trabalho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O curso foi viabilizado por meio de uma parceria com o <strong>Instituto Chefs Especiais, patrocinado pelo Instituto Bia Rabinovich e com o apoio do Restaurante Senhor Taberna.<\/strong> As aulas foram realizadas no <strong>Centro Profissionalizante Gastronomia Solid\u00e1ria,<\/strong> e a \u00faltima aula pr\u00e1tica ocorreu no restaurante, proporcionando aos alunos uma viv\u00eancia real do ambiente profissional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante o treinamento, os participantes aprenderam t\u00e9cnicas de atendimento, postura profissional e boas pr\u00e1ticas, recebendo certifica\u00e7\u00e3o ao final do curso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Essa iniciativa \u00e9 mais do que uma capacita\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica: \u00e9 um passo importante na promo\u00e7\u00e3o da <strong>inclus\u00e3o social,<\/strong> abrindo caminhos para que pessoas com s\u00edndrome de Down ocupem seu espa\u00e7o no mercado de trabalho e demonstrem suas
