O evento foi voltado para capacitar e envolver gestores municipais com o objetivo de fortalecer a lideran\u00e7a, incentivar boas pr\u00e1ticas e promover a troca de experi\u00eancias na administra\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante o encontro, os participantes tiveram a oportunidade de assistir palestras ministradas por especialistas em gest\u00e3o p\u00fablica, lideran\u00e7a e desenvolvimento humano, incluindo o professor e palestrante Luciano Ramalho. Entre os temas abordados, destacaram-se a import\u00e2ncia da comunica\u00e7\u00e3o eficaz, estrat\u00e9gias para gest\u00e3o de equipes e a inova\u00e7\u00e3o no setor p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O evento tamb\u00e9m proporcionou um espa\u00e7o para a intera\u00e7\u00e3o entre os gestores, permitindo a troca de desafios e solu\u00e7\u00f5es do dia a dia da administra\u00e7\u00e3o municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para a secret\u00e1ria de Gest\u00e3o e Desenvolvimento de Recursos Humanos, Fabiane Barbosa, o encontro foi fundamental para a valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o e qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos gestores: &#8220;Investir no desenvolvimento dos nossos l\u00edderes \u00e9 essencial para garantir uma gest\u00e3o eficiente e inovadora, trazendo melhorias para o servi\u00e7o p\u00fablico e, consequentemente, para a popula\u00e7\u00e3o de Cajamar&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Prefeitura de Cajamar segue investindo na capacita\u00e7\u00e3o de seus servidores, buscando proporcionar um ambiente
