Com condi\u00e7\u00f5es especiais, o REFIS oferece <strong>descontos de at\u00e9 100% nos juros e multas<\/strong>, al\u00e9m de parcelamentos que podem chegar a <strong>100 vezes<\/strong>, com valores acess\u00edveis para diferentes perfis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podem ser renegociados d\u00e9bitos referentes a <strong>IPTU, ISS e outras taxas<\/strong>, vencidos at\u00e9 <strong>31 de dezembro de 2024<\/strong> e inscritos em d\u00edvida ativa. Os contribuintes t\u00eam at\u00e9 o dia <strong>30 de setembro de 2025<\/strong> para aderir ao programa, com possibilidade de prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o dentro do mesmo exerc\u00edcio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O atendimento est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel tanto <strong>presencialmente<\/strong> quanto por meio de <strong>plataformas digitais<\/strong>, oferecendo comodidade e agilidade ao contribuinte.
