Entre os benef\u00edcios est\u00e3o:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Descontos de at\u00e9 100% nos juros e multas<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Parcelamento em at\u00e9 100 vezes<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Atendimento online e presencial<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Os d\u00e9bitos negoci\u00e1veis incluem <strong>IPTU, ISS e taxas diversas<\/strong>, com valores m\u00ednimos de parcela a partir de R$ 36,71, conforme o tipo de d\u00e9bito.
