O tema do encontro, que ocorreu na sede da institui\u00e7\u00e3o, foi <strong>&#8220;Intelig\u00eancia Emocional&#8221;<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A conversa foi conduzida pela psic\u00f3loga Monieli Sampaio, que falou sobre a import\u00e2ncia do autoconhecimento e da empatia e sobre como a intelig\u00eancia emocional permite construir relacionamentos mais saud\u00e1veis e tomar decis\u00f5es mais conscientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ter intelig\u00eancia emocional \u00e9 ser capaz de identificar e gerenciar as pr\u00f3prias emo\u00e7\u00f5es e de reconhecer os sentimentos dos outros.
