As atividades contam com o aux\u00edlio de um instrutor esportivo, garantindo acompanhamento adequado durante os exerc\u00edcios e contribuindo para uma pr\u00e1tica segura e orientada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A meta da administra\u00e7\u00e3o municipal \u00e9 ampliar gradativamente a iniciativa para as demais secretarias, al\u00e9m das Unidades de Sa\u00fade e Escolares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As atividades acontecem de forma volunt\u00e1ria em diversos setores da administra\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica e t\u00eam como objetivo incentivar h\u00e1bitos mais saud\u00e1veis, promover o alongamento corporal, prevenir les\u00f5es causadas pela rotina de trabalho e fortalecer a integra\u00e7\u00e3o entre as equipes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com o \u201cMovimento Funcional\u201d, a Prefeitura de Cajamar promove a\u00e7\u00f5es voltadas \u00e0 sa\u00fade f\u00edsica e ao bem-estar dos servidores, proporcionando mais qualidade de vida no ambiente de
